Associate Attorney – Estate Planning, Estate Administration & Elder Law
We’re seeking an
entrepreneurial-minded Associate Attorney
to join our growing practice focused on estate planning, estate administration, and elder law.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and implement estate plans (wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives)
Handle probate and trust administration
Advise clients on Medicaid and long-term care planning
Build client and referral relationships
Help grow the practice through initiative and leadership
Who You Are:
Licensed attorney (or pending admission)
Client-focused, proactive, and business-minded
Interested in long-term growth and leadership
