Transactional Attorney

Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC is seeking a full-time transactional attorney. The position could be based in either of our Denver or Colorado Springs offices. The firm's ideal candidate will be a highly motivated attorney who can communicate well with association managers and directors, and who enjoys collaborating with others to provide the best client service possible. A drive for networking and business development through involvement at various industry events and teaching opportunities (provided by the firm) is a must. The firm offers reasonable billable/revenue requirements, a hybrid remote arrangement, along with a competitive salary and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities

Providing sound business counsel

Drafting opinions

Reviewing contracts

Preparing the necessary documents required for the governance of the association

Building trusted and lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications

A license to practice in Colorado is required

5-8 years’ experience in transactional or real estate practice

Excellent writing and communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines

Likes building and maintaining solid client relationships

Desire for a long-term and rewarding career

Compensation
$150,000 - $180,000 yearly
