Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC is seeking a full-time transactional attorney. The position could be based in either of our Denver or Colorado Springs offices. The firm's ideal candidate will be a highly motivated attorney who can communicate well with association managers and directors, and who enjoys collaborating with others to provide the best client service possible. A drive for networking and business development through involvement at various industry events and teaching opportunities (provided by the firm) is a must. The firm offers reasonable billable/revenue requirements, a hybrid remote arrangement, along with a competitive salary and bonus opportunities. Qualifications
A license to practice in Colorado is required
5-8 years’ experience in transactional or real estate practice
Excellent writing and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines
Likes building and maintaining solid client relationships
Desire for a long-term and rewarding career
Compensation
$150,000 - $180,000 yearly
