Role Description
We are seeking a CNC, Plasma Machine, Tube Laser, and Press Brake Programmer/Operator for a full‑time position at our facility in Indian Trail, NC. This on‑site role involves setting up and operating CNC and plasma machines, tube lasers, and press brakes to meet production requirements. You will also review technical drawings, program machinery, and ensure the fabrication of precision‑made components aligns with company and client specifications. Collaboration with the team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment will also be a core focus.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Programming, specifically with CNC, plasma machines, tube lasers, and press brakes
Machining skills, including setup, operation, and maintenance of metal fabrication equipment
Ability to mentor and Train team members on equipment use and best practices
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and technical drawings
Problem‑solving skills with attention to detail in precision fabrication
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
Prior experience in metal fabrication or related fields is an advantage
