Job Summary
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Patient Services Manager in Cocoa Beach, FL. This leader will oversee patient dining services, manage staff, and help deliver an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
Lead daily patient meal service operations
Supervise, train, and develop team members
Ensure timely, accurate tray delivery
Resolve patient service concerns quickly
Partner with nursing and clinical teams
Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
Manage schedules, staffing, and productivity
Track results and improve performance
Qualifications
Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
2+ years of leadership experience
Background in healthcare, hospitality, or food service preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment
