WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Employer Branding Intern, you will support the development and execution of strategies that enhance SageNet’s employer brand and showcase our culture across digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, People Operations, and internal teams to create engaging, authentic content that highlights employee experiences and strengthens our presence as an employer of choice.
This is a 10‑week summer internship (June 2 – August 6) requiring 40 hours per week of onsite work. In this role, you will contribute to real‑world initiatives that directly impact talent attraction, engagement, and brand perception.
Major duties and responsibilities
Work on supporting employer branding initiatives under the guidance of experienced team members
Assist in developing a 12‑month employer branding content plan, including themes and topics for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Create authentic, employee‑generated content (stories, photos, videos, reels) showcasing “day in the life,” workplace culture, and employee experiences
Highlight company mission, values, and culture through creative content such as “fun facts” and “did you know?” posts
Identify and recommend content themes to strengthen SageNet’s LinkedIn Company Page presence
Conduct competitor content audits to evaluate messaging, engagement, and performance trends
Analyze social media engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improving reach and impact
Partner with employees across departments to capture and share meaningful stories
Assist in developing employer branding campaigns that attract early‑career and experienced talent
Support documentation of branding strategies and content best practices
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for marketing and People Operations leadership
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support branding and content initiatives
Complete a capstone project summarizing insights, content strategy, and measurable impact
WHO YOU ARE
You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, branding, and social media. You enjoy connecting with people, capturing authentic moments, and translating company culture into compelling content.
Key Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong interest in employer branding, social media, and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and visual content
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Basic understanding of social media analytics or performance metrics
Experience creating short‑form video content
