About the Role
The Clinical Quality Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided across assigned outpatient programs. This role acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring to all assigned programs. This position supports five offices and operates in a hybrid remote capacity, working 1–2 days from home depending on location needs, with flexibility required to travel weekly or monthly to Beaver, Brentwood, and North Hills outpatient clinics as needed. It also oversees school-based mental health partnerships.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight of clinical quality and service delivery across assigned outpatient programs
Deliver clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to clinical staff
Provide specialized clinical guidance, assessment, and support to programs
Collaborate with program leadership to ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices
Support leadership in maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Travel to assigned outpatient clinics weekly or monthly to provide onsite support as needed
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and positive client outcomes
Assist with staff development, performance improvement initiatives, and quality assurance processes
Support credentialing and insurance requirements for outpatient services
Maintain documentation and reporting standards in alignment with organizational policies
Required Qualifications
Professional license required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or related human services field required
Minimum of 3 years of mental health experience
Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Credentialing with regional insurance companies preferred for outpatient opportunities
Ability and flexibility to travel to multiple outpatient clinic locations as needed
