Seeking a full-time BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join a highly collaborative team.
Schedule: Mon‑Fri 8 A‑5 P with shared call.
Clinical responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology services with available procedures such as Watchman implants, TAVR, ASD/PFO closure, Impella, and a CTO program.
Current and projected volumes support 4 EPs and 3 EP labs. With one EP physician retiring in early‑mid 2025, we are looking for the next EP to start Summer 2025.
Hospital structure: 5 cath labs, 2 EP labs, and one cath lab is being converted to a hybrid OR suite. The group is physician‑led, multi‑specialty with 6 general cardiologists, 2 interventionalists, 1 electrophysiologist, and 3 cardiothoracic surgeons. Two other EPs in a private community group collaborate with the hospital‑employed team.

Requirements
Experience with implantation of pacemakers and ICDs including biventricular devices and leadless pacemakers.
Ability to ablate all atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, including left‑sided approach and AF ablation.
Training in Watchman procedures or willingness to be trained.
Preferred training in lead extraction.
Unrestricted NC medical license and NC DEA.
ACLS certification through AHA.
