Salary
$36.00 - $44.00 / hourly, based on experience. Higher pay may be considered depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
M‑F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Paid On‑Call
On-call rotation occurs every 5th or 6th week, including the weekend.
The rotation begins Friday at 4:30 PM and continues through the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
Weekday on-call hours are 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
Weekend coverage is 24/7.
Employees are eligible for additional incentives.

Within and surrounding areas of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin
Requirements
RN license in the state of Wisconsin – required
Current, valid driver’s license – required
Minimum of 1 year home health experience – preferred
