Job Overview
In this role, you will work under the direction of the RN to provide care to the patients on the unit.
Responsibilities
Take vital signs
Perform EKGs
Perform phlebotomy
Assist or provide patients with bedside care including bathing, mouth care, and skin care
Provide care on every other weekend and during holidays
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in patient care
Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Certifications and Licenses Required
AHA BLS
Schedule
40 hours per week – Night Shift
