PGA INTERN
Status:
Seasonal, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Responsibility:
High level of supervision needed. Low level of operational decision making.

Skills
Advanced Golf Skills – Grip, stance, swing, balance, tension recognition, golf instruction, knowledge of the rules of golf
Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills – Interact, work and relate with people, listen, speak, read, write, observe, use English fluently.
Excellent Customer Service Skills – Product knowledge, problem-solving skills, time management, attentiveness, patience, positive attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile, responsibility, professionalism.
Basic Safety Skills – Observe safety rules, safely operate equipment, food safety consciousness, CPR and First Aid.
Effort: Medium – Walk and stand for extended periods of time. Bend, reach, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Work Conditions: Level 4 - Often outdoors, working in hot/cold environment, inclement weather, variable schedule based on business demands, often duties require working with hazards.
Duties
Assist in the daily operation of the Golf Car Fleet; cleaning, stocking and basic repairs
Provide service to the Bag Storage area
Maintain the Practice Facilities; stocking, cleaning the driving range
Assist in the administration of all instructional programs
Assist in the operation of the golf shop as it relates to retail and club repair services
Assist in the daily operation of Valet Services
Assist in the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and events
Assist in the daily operation of on-course refreshments and accoutrements
Play the game of golf at an advanced level
