Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and fluid checks on a variety of vehicles.
Inspect and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other essential components.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
Complete Ford required training and follow mentorship from your Master technicians.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment in the service area.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
Previous experience in automotive maintenance or lube technician role preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
