Overview
Outpatient Therapist
at High Plains Mental Health Center. Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer evidence-based support. We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), which means we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care and that commitment extends to how we support our staff. Supervision is a core part of how we operate, with regular clinical supervision, case consultation, and involvement from experienced supervisors in your professional development.
What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, and groups addressing diverse mental health needs with compassion and expertise.
Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish a strong foundation for effective treatment.
Design and implement personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that empower clients and promote measurable progress.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure seamless, coordinated care and holistic support for clients.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets agency standards and supports continuity of care.
Engage in ongoing professional development through regular clinical supervision, constructive feedback, and active participation in team meetings.

Qualifications
Masters or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
Current Kansas BSRB Licensure as one of the following: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Master Level Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
