What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
Install complete HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
Service and install residential refrigeration equipment
Perform refrigerant recovery, recharge, and leak detection
Conduct preventative maintenance and seasonal tune‑ups
Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues and recommend solutions
Complete accurate work orders and document parts used
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration service and installation
EPA 608 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple equipment brands
Solid understanding of refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Self‑motivated, dependable, and professional with strong customer service skills
Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor Michigan weather year-round
