Summary
The internship program grants students exposure to freight forwarding and supply chain logistics, allowing them to apply educational knowledge to work‑related projects. At the conclusion of the program, interns will gain hands‑on experience and a solid foundation in supply chain management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support shipment processing within the Air & Sea Division, including assignments of varying complexity such as overland road freight, oversized cargo, and out‑of‑gauge shipments.
Perform tasks in accordance with company standards, emphasizing cost efficiency and industry best practices.
Advise the department supervisor or manager of any transaction problems or irregularities.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, such as the Code of Conduct, work schedules, and attendance requirements.
Monitor shipment progress and promptly escalation of transaction issues, delays, or irregularities to the supervisor or manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide feedback on the department work experience.
Educational Background / Work Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; applicant must be 18 years old or older.
