Responsibilities
Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
Apply standard elements of professional practice: assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate.
Act independently within license scope.
Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
Adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities.
Embrace new ideas, cultural differences, and challenges.
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience (Med Surg, Tele, PCU) or 24 months in other specialties including ED.
Required specialty credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS, PALS as required by the American Heart Association.
Cannot hold concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
