Machine Operator - 1st Shift - $18-$20/Hour
Location: Watertown, South Dakota, United States – Full Time.
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday (5am-3pm).
Responsibilities
Read routers, processes, and work orders.
Perform basic machine set‑up, operation, and tear‑down.
Place printed circuit board in proper orientation.
Monitor machine placement of electronic components for accuracy.
Maintain the machine, stencils, and related tooling.
Operate systems safely using proper procedures.
Inspect assemblies and identify quality defects.
Read machine dials, gauges, and inspect parts.
Notify Supervisor, Lead, Process Engineer, or Production Manager of problems.
Recognize deviations of components, processes, tools, and flow of manufacturing.
Keep work area neat and organized.
Promote safety and accident prevention by observing all safety practices, rules, and standards daily.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Basic computer navigation skills.
Physical ability to lift 40 pounds (with or without accommodation).
English language ability: read, write, and comprehend spoken work instructions.
Teamwork: ability to work in a team environment.
On‑site work only; not a remote position.
