Reichel Realty and Investments, Inc. is looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join our Palm Beach Gardens office.

Since 1987, we have been serving Florida's commercial real estate market with the expertise of a national firm and the personal touch of a local one. We are known for our integrity, long-standing client relationships, and dedication to excellence in everything we do.

Monday through Friday schedule (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

A responsible, energetic professional with strong communication and organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a "can do" attitude. The right candidate is proactive, polished, and comfortable supporting a busy team.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in office software, technology, and Canva

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize

Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus

High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher is a plus
