Summary Description
The incumbent supports a department or work area by performing general office and/or clerical services. Assist management with simple, routine or repetitive general or clerical tasks. Respond to walk-in, fax and email inquiries. Works directly with the area of Raptor, troubleshooting problems with the systems installed at schools via the phone. This position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge or abilities associated with this classification, but is intended to accurately reflect the primary job elements.
Responsibilities
Provide general office and clerical support for one or more work areas.
Perform basic filing, mail pickup, distribution and telephone coverage.
Identify issues or problems and seek assistance from higher level personnel or management.
Prepare correspondence regarding Prevention/Intervention Program and Raptor System and set up meetings with schools.
Prepare charts based on weekly information submitted for Prevention/Intervention Programs and Raptor System throughout the district.
Receive calls regarding the Raptor Systems, Prevention and Intervention Programs throughout the district.
Process Weekly Reports.
Maintain databases for various Prevention/Intervention Programs and Raptor.
Track reports and program findings prior to and following meetings.
Assist schools with program and/or system concerns.
Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. (proof Of Education, Training, And/Or Experience Is Required).
Degree Equivalency Formula
Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree = 2 additional years of experience (e.g. master’s degree is equivalent to 6 years of experience).
