
Manager, Contracts (Onsite)

What You Will Do
Collaborate effectively with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal.
Be a critical member of the PMO, with responsibility for owning contract management/administration actions on proposal and contracts across the acquisition life cycle.
Develop and respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) / Broad Agency Announcements (BAA), contract negotiation, contract administration, non-disclosure agreements, and other business agreements for contract such as; Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Firm Fixed Price - Level of Effort (FFP-LOE), and Other Transaction Agreements (OTA).
Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes and contractual issues.
Influence others through the explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Investigate and resolve contractual matters by critically thinking, gathering detailed information, and proactively collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Provide advice/guidance on contractual rights/obligations, regulations, and policy/procedure to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes.
Work with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts.
Success in this position is defined as being a team player working with your assigned Program Teams in support of the Raytheon mission.
Enablers for success include being able to effectively multitask; learn; and demonstrate good communication skills to be able to interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Experience working in Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement, Estimating/Pricing, or Finance
Experience with US Government Contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS)
Experience as a contracts lead or leading contracts negotiations
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start
Qualifications We Prefer
An active Top-Secret clearance
Experience working in closed areas, classified environments
Experience developing and maintaining high-performance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers
Advanced Degrees or industry recognized contracts certifications
Strong Microsoft products experience, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

Salary range: $118,300 USD – $224,900 USD.
