Leadman – Phoenix, AZ. The Leadman will lead construction crews on concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening projects in commercial and industrial settings.
Responsibilities
Assist with on‑site supervision of field crew members to ensure quality work is completed on time.
Manage small projects in the absence of the Field Supervisor in a safe and productive manner.
Assist in developing crew schedules, manpower layout assignments, and ensuring work meets plans and specifications.
Help prepare daily field reports, manage material delivery, and speed memos for customers and internal management.
Ensure and mentor crew members operating tools and equipment safely, properly, and productively.
Assist the Foreman and Superintendent in evaluating production rates related to the project.
Qualifications
6–10 years of civil construction experience (industrial experience preferred).
Computer skills (Excel, Word, and basic construction applications).
Working knowledge of concrete repair, carpentry, rebar, sandblasting, equipment use, and drawing interpretation.
Well organized and dependable.
Clean driving record.
High commitment to jobsite safety.
Motivated to grow into a Foreman role and take on increased responsibility.
Willingness to travel out of town when required.
