Title: Territory Assistant

Purpose
The overall responsibilities of the Territory Assistant position include assisting Sales Teams in the preparation, delivery and installation of Product Sets and in improving customer service. Uses product knowledge to ensure sets are fully equipped and delivered timely to customer locations and to ensure product exchanges are completed accurately.
Responsibilities
Assure proper equipment availability and knowledge of required sets for specific surgeries
Deliver/Pick up equipment for surgery
Perform and ship product exchanges
Maintain equipment and promotional materials in a presentable manner
Understand and properly communicate the function of the product line
Perform administrative duties to assure customer satisfaction
Acquire knowledge of all new products added to the line
Communicate activities to regional and senior management and the Consultant via monthly reports
Be involved in field support activities as assigned by Regional Manager / AVP
Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent distribution center experience
1-3 years of experience working within a medical device distribution facility
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Computer literacy required; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite desired
Knowledge of the DSI and product complaint process desired

Base pay range: $45,100.00 – $73,370.00
Benefits
Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado; 56 hours for Washington)
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays: 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time: up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave: 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave: 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period, 10 days
Volunteer Leave: 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time‑Off: 80 hours per calendar year
Participation in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)) based on applicable plans
Eligibility for the Company’s long‑term incentive program
