What You Will Do

Perform in-process and final inspections of custom switchgear and standard controls assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Support quality activities related to the launch of new projects, including first of kind inspections, process validations, and documentation reviews.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions by cataloging into a computer system

Support internal standard audits and ISO9001 compliance efforts.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and launch areas.

What You Will Have

Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electrical or mechanical assembly.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods

Ability to perform repetitive operations

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Ability to follow standard work

Good communication skills

Basic computer skills

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience with switchgear or electrical equipment assembly.

Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) or project launch environments.

Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, multimeters, etc.).

Shift

Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with opportunity for overtime

Summary Pay Range
$22.30 - $29.00
