Job Description
Fast paced downtown Fort Lauderdale Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law firm seeks driven individual with a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation/trial prep experience to assist attorneys with Auto Accident, Medical Malpractice and Products Liability (MDL) cases.
Position requires:
Electronic filing and service of case documents in courts.
Preparation discovery, trial exhibits and notebooks.
Interaction with clients and offices of opposing attorneys and Judicial Assistants with professional communications pertaining to pending cases.
Writing professional correspondence to clients and legal professionals.
Organization of case files and related documents.
Candidate must be reliable, detail oriented and be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
BA degree preferred
