Job Summary
The Certified Care Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.
Responsibilities
Assistance with personal care and hygiene
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Accompany clients on outings
Shopping and errands
Medication assistance/reminders
Ambulation and transportation of clients
Provide companionship to clients
Follow care‑plan
Documentation/charting
Qualifications
Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
Negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray
Ability to travel within location territory
Access to internet/mobile phone
