What You’ll Do
Learn basic nursing and resident care skills
Assist residents with daily activities under supervision
Support nursing staff and observe quality care practices

What We’re Looking For
Interest in becoming a CNA
Willing to go to, and graduate from a CNA program
Compassionate, reliable, and team‑oriented
Willingness to complete training and certification
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
No prior experience required
Paid training provided
Background check clearance required

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Licenses/Certification
Within 120 days of employment, completes a state‑approved nursing assistant training program & becomes certified.
Experience
Six months experience in a long‑term care environment preferred.
Complete 16 hours of classroom education then complete skills checks for clinical areas for which job expectations include.
NOTE: A Nursing Assistant enrolled in a nursing program may be compensated differently based upon the clinical education received.
