What You’ll Do

Deliver personalized therapy programs for personal care residents.

Integrate interactive/gamified tools into treatment plans.

Support patients with neuro conditions and cognitive decline.

Contribute to a dynamic, evolving care model.

Help with development and education on screening processes.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed COTA or PTA.

Passion for innovation in rehab and patient engagement.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Hospital Details
VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short‑term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, VibraLife is a beautiful, one‑story, state‑of‑the‑art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Physical Therapist in the provision of Physical Therapy services to residents, including treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a Physical Therapist and per physician orders.

Required Skills

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of employment.

Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.

Additional Qualifications / Skills

One (1) year of experience preferred. Previous facility experience preferred.

Ability to project a professional image.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.

Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
