Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and post-surgical patients.
Experience working in multi-site or split-site coverage preferred. Client notes indicate Pooler/Rincon split coverage is required; candidate must be willing to travel between local sites within the region.
Current CPR and other facility‑required immunizations or screenings as required by local policy.
