Licensed Practical Nurse position in Private Duty (Overnights) for Adoration Home Health and Hospice. Join our team in Maryville, TN for a full‑time overnight shift with a supportive environment that values compassion and professional autonomy.
Location and Schedule
Office Location: Knoxville, TN. Coverage area: Maryville, TN.
Schedule: Full‑Time, Overnights – Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 care for the client following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence
Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per plan of care and assess results
Accurately document all nursing actions, communicate with family, case manager, and physicians, inform them of changes in the client’s medical condition and needs
Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand
Ensure all patient needs are met according to physician instructions
Qualifications
LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration in the state of practice
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance
CPR professional certification
1+ years of nursing experience (preferred)
Home health care experience (preferred)
