As a
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) , you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve sustainable lifestyle change while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities
Provide individual behavioral health assessments and ongoing therapy
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with care team goals
Support patients with:
Lifestyle change and weight management
Emotional eating and behavior modification
Chronic disease coping strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team (NPs, RDs, Trainers)
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Epic (EHR)
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks established by CoreLife and Novant Health
Educate patients on sustainable behavior change strategies
Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required)
Licensure
An active North Carolina license is required:
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor)
LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
Experience
1-3 years of experience in:
Outpatient behavioral health or
Integrated/medical setting (preferred)
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Comfort using electronic health records (Epic preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Work Schedule
Full-time, 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
