Corrections LPN needed in Arlington, VA (Nights)

Job Overview
The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse works in close and immediate contact with adults and children in custody on a daily basis providing general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory sections of the Corrections Facility while maintaining facility security standards.
Start date: ASAP. Contract duration: 26 weeks. Schedule: Rotating 36/48, every other weekend. Night shift only.
Responsibilities
Provide medical and emergency care to adults and juveniles in custody.
Strictly adhere to facility safety and security procedures.
Requirements
Active LPN license in the applicable state.
Minimum of one year experience in corrections preferred; corrections experience required.
CPR certification.
TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X‑ray).
Current health certificate if required.
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Schedule
Example schedule: Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat. Week 2 – Sun, Wed, Thu.
Pay & Details
Hourly rate: $38/hour.
26‑week contract.
Option to extend or convert to internal staff.
