Outpatient Therapist (Licensed) - Part-time Evenings

Responsibilities
Position summary: The Outpatient Therapist (Licensed Therapist) supports day‑to‑day operations of Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs, including administrative functions, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, group/individual therapy, case management, and related duties.

The therapist conducts group therapy, individual and family therapy, creates treatment plans, and works alongside interdisciplinary team members with all population groups served by the program.

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.

Evening hours: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

IOP hours: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm (3 hours)

Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in social work or a clinically related mental health field.

Experience: Prefer at least 2 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; strong clinical assessment skills, may include practicum or internship.

License: Licensed (or under supervision) as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana.

Additional requirements: CPR certification and CPI training prior to performing restraining procedures; willingness to work 8:30 am – 4:30 pm and flexible hours. Exempt salaried position, subject to thorough screening (drug test, CPS check, etc.).
