
Patient Care Technician

Job Responsibilities
Our Patient Care Technicians provide high‑quality patient care to patients suffering from end‑stage renal disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording statistics, initiating cannulation, observing patients, and setting up the hemodialysis machine. Our PCTs combine technical skills with genuine passion, developing deep relationships with patients to improve their quality of life.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state‑approved certification).
Current BLS/CPR certification.

Salary Range
$17.00 – $28.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
