Overview
Therapist Opportunity. This full-time opportunity with Calvary Healing Center (Calvary) offers 40 hours per week, full benefits! For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.
Responsibilities
Summary of Duties: To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Qualifications
Masters degree in counseling related
Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
Fingerprint Clearance Card
Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification, within 30 days of employment
Completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training within 30 days of employment
Experience with both inpatient and outpatient treatment
Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting
