Job Description:
BSW Rehab Arlington is seeking a full‑time physical therapist to join our team. This clinic, located near the Hurst‑Euless‑Bedford area, provides high‑level care to a wide variety of active adults with general orthopedic diagnoses, including post‑surgical conditions, sports‑related injuries, and work‑related injuries. The ideal candidate will have solid manual therapy skills, be motivated, innovative, organized, autonomous, and eager to contribute to program development. The environment encourages clinician development, including certifications and specializations depending on the clinician’s passions. Mentorship is available and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
Shift hours are variable and the clinic hours are: 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday‑Thursday and 7 AM – 1 PM on Friday. Early and/or late shifts are required.
Responsibilities:
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
Patient case load average: 10–12 patients a day
Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
Promote continuous quality improvement
Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed
Qualifications:
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
Certified BLS or completion within first 90 days of employment
