Mercy Radiology Group is seeking a dedicated Breast Radiologist to join our premier, 100% physician-owned practice in Redding, CA. Affiliated with Dignity Health and CommonSpirit Health, we offer a collaborative, high-quality environment with diverse leadership opportunities.
Opportunity Highlights
Flexible Schedule: 4‑day work week (8 AM - 5:30 PM) with full‑time or part‑time options.
Clinical Focus: Perform all facets of breast imaging (Hologic tomosynthesis; US, stereotactic, and MRI‑guided biopsies) with breast‑only or mixed‑modality tracks available.
Path to Ownership: Clear partnership track within the second‑largest private practice in Northern California.
Modern Workflow: Home workstations provided for screening mammography and remote clinical work capabilities.
Expert Team: Join a collegial section comprised almost entirely of fellowship‑trained radiologists with low turnover.
Compensation & Benefits
Competetive Earnings: Base salary of $500k-$550k with total partner compensation exceeding $650,000+ (including profit distribution).
Signing Incentives: $75,000 sign‑on bonus plus relocation assistance.
Retirement & Debt Relief: 'Supermatch' 401(k) plan and PSLF Program Eligibility for student loan forgiveness.
Time Off: 8 weeks of annual vacation.
Full Coverage: 100% employer‑paid premium health insurance and malpractice coverage.

Job Requirements
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Radiology.
Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.

Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
