
Physical Therapist Outpatient

Scope of Work
The physical therapist is responsible for examining, evaluating, and developing a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities. PTs provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care and must interact appropriately with all patients regardless of age or culture, adhering to Corewell Health customer service standards.
Education & Training
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.
Work Experience
Written or verbal communication skills required. Proficient in word processing and computer skills. Preference for pediatric therapists with NDT certification and competency in serial casting.
Certification, Licensure, Registration
Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
BLS certification required.
Driver’s License – State of Michigan.
