Resurgens Orthopaedics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with specialized knowledge in orthopedics and spine care to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
Provide expert nursing care to orthopedic and spine patients in both clinical and surgical settings
Assist with patient assessments, education, and post-operative care
Manage patient messages and communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Coordinate surgical scheduling, pre-operative preparations, and post-operative follow-up
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and care plans
Support clinic operations by managing patient flow and ensuring adherence to protocols
Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region
Proven experience in orthopedics and spine care preferred
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient assessment, and post-operative care
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical messaging platforms
