Machine Operator

Thompson First Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with SOPs and safety guidelines
Perform routine equipment checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
Accurately document production data, batch records, and quality checks
Maintain a clean and compliant work area following GMP standards
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime
Qualifications
Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing (pharma or food preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Shift
1st Shift: 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday
2nd Shift: 5:30 pm to 4 am, Monday through Thursday
