What You’ll Do
As a Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy and support individuals in achieving meaningful clinical outcomes while maintaining strong engagement and access to care.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with assessed needs and program standards
Coordinate care with internal teams, families, and external providers
Facilitate referrals to additional services and support access to care
Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Maintain productivity expectations and proactively address barriers to service delivery
Provide services across multiple settings, including clinic, community, and telehealth
Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
Who You Are
Master’s Degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field required
Licensed or actively working toward licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent preferred)
Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work with diverse populations in a culturally responsive and empathetic manner
Comfortable with electronic health records and technology platforms
Committed to ongoing learning, professional growth, and high-quality care
Pay: $55,000- $96,000
