We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

Position
We are looking for a highly motivated Craftsman with skills in multiple trades to join our team.
Responsibilities
Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance; decent looking vehicle; branded vehicles available; organized tools.
Provide general carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring work as part of multi-trade capabilities.
Qualifications
Good overall knowledge of multiple trades: Carpentry, Drywall, General plumbing and electrical work, Flooring; Familiar with building codes.
Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting Skills: Quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
Excellent Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance; decent looking vehicle; branded vehicles available; organized tools.
Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers\' expectations.
