Location:
This is a full-time, on-site position in the Natomas area of Sacramento, CA. Our team works together in person Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Note:
Must have 2+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience, including hands-on discovery and pleadings experience.

Job Description
Manage a high-volume civil litigation caseload and help keep cases moving forward
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including intake, discovery, mediation preparation, and case resolution
Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, correspondence, client emails, and formal letters
Coordinate document collection, Bates numbering, productions, deadlines, calendars, and case files
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and build trust
Work with vendors, opposing counsel, and internal team members to move matters forward efficiently
Maintain accurate records in Clio and internal systems
Anticipate attorney and client needs while taking ownership of assigned work
Qualifications
2+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience
Experience with discovery, pleadings, document production, deadlines, and case management
Mass tort, wildfire litigation, personal injury, or complex plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients in high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy
Ability to support multiple attorneys and prioritize competing deadlines
Proficiency with Clio, Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
