Job Description
AECOM Hunt is seeking a Construction Project Engineering to be based in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Project Management team by overseeing construction administration tasks
Preparing subcontractor reports as needed to keep Supervisor and Client informed of ongoing progress
Participating in site visits and coordinating and assisting superintendent as required
Receiving, reviewing and submitting documents for approval (Submittals/RFIs/etc.)
Assisting project manager costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract
Working with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate
Attending meetings and reporting on project tasks as needed

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree + none, associate’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience or HS/GED + 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting construction, materials, equipment, and/or industrial operations
Experience with scheduling and logistical requirements
Additional Information
This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre‑employment substance abuse test.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $24.95 to $43.66.
