What You’ll Do
Project engineer responsibilities include reviewing grading and public improvement plans, subdivision maps, and a wide range of technical studies such as flood analyses, stormwater quality documents, soils reports, drainage studies, traffic impact analyses, and CEQA documents. For the Unlicensed Associate and Associate Civil Engineer (PE) classifications, experience in land development is expected.
Salary
Class Salary Ranges:
Assistant Engineer (EIT): $79,970 - $110,664
Associate Engineer: $91,557 - $126,698
Associate Civil Engineer (PE): $107,781 - $149,149
