Role
Maintenance Technician
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility as required. Comply with all applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform all required and scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual preventative maintenance activities per work instructions, procedures and quality system requirements.
All tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Ability to read schematics and experience with PLC programs.
Maintain all preventative maintenance records and documents as per QMS requirements.
Permanently identify all equipment and maintain records.
Ensure facility is kept clean and free of debris.
Ensure that safety energy controls are present on all applicable equipment and functioning.
Report all Safety Nonconformances to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Daily press PM checks/record findings.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Machine repair experience
Knowledge of OSHA requirements
Knowledge of electronics
Knowledge of hydraulics
Knowledge of pneumatics
Hi-Lo experience and certification
