Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm with OT as required
Duties and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and controls
Diagnose electrical and control system issues using schematics, drawings, and diagnostic tools
Work with PLC-controlled machinery, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and making minor program or logic adjustments as needed
Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical and automation systems
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and PLC documentation
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to minimize downtime
Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and company safety standards
Document repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance activities
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
3+ years previous industrial maintenance experience to include mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical experience
Hands‑on experience with PLC systems
Ability to use and understand precision measuring tools and equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics
Familiarity with safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures
Troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 35bs throughout the day
Regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
Regular bending, stooping, stretching, twisting, and turning
Frequently required to stand (up to 10 hours) and walk
Noise level is usually moderate
Exposure to head and cold extremes at times
Exposure to potentially hazardous production areas (heavy equipment traffic, slip/trip hazards, airborne dust/debris, etc)
