Construction Superintendent
Maple Grove, MN
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, negotiable based on experience. Includes a company vehicle, yearly bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate directly with customers to ensure excellent service.
Manage and schedule carpenters and other direct reports.
Address technical problems and communicate with the Regional Construction Manager.
Ensure materials, permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained on time.
Oversee the quality and timely completion of construction and carpentry projects.
Review job cost reports to monitor labor and material expenses.
Schedule, price, and monitor subcontractor performance.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Adhere to safety practices and use of PPE; read and comprehend applicable MSDSs.
Enforce company policies as outlined in the employee handbook and safety manual.
Drive a company vehicle to customer locations as required.
Execute work to meet or exceed all regulations and company standards.
Keep job sites clean and professional at all times.
Maintain schedules to deliver services in a timely fashion, including an on‑call rotation.
Perform additional duties as required by the role.
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Minimum 5 years hands‑on construction experience.
Minimum 2 years project management experience (preferred).
Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).
Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Capacity to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
Pass a background check and drug screen.
Proficiency with Xactimate preferred.
