Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bitcoin ATM Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing Bitcoin ATMs, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that combines technical skills, customer interaction, and travel.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup : Safely install and secure Bitcoin ATM machines at merchant locations.

Maintenance & Inspection:

Perform routine cleaning, system checks, and functionality tests.

Troubleshooting & Repai : Diagnose issues, repair or replace faulty components, and ensure machines are fully operational.

Customer Interaction:

Professionally greet merchants, explain the purpose of your visit, and clearly communicate installation or maintenance steps.

Safety & Precision : Drill, bolt, and secure ATM units to guarantee stability and compliance with safety standards.

Contract Type
This position is offered under a service contract / independent contractor agreement. Technicians will not be considered direct employees of MOTS but rather independent service providers. This arrangement provides flexibility and autonomy while ensuring clear expectations regarding responsibilities, compensation, and professional conduct.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean record (must be 21+).

Willingness to travel frequently long distance and occasionally work weekends.

Basic technical experience and ability to operate common tools (drill, impact driver, ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, etc.).

Able to lift, push or carry a minimum of 50 pounds such as large money counting machines and parts in and out of client sites.

The job requires kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting and squatting to service equipment on the ground up to 60% of the time.

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; comfortable using WhatsApp for daily communication.

Excellent navigation skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
