Overview
Champion Window is seeking a Carpenter / Measure Technician
As a Carpenter / Measure Technician, you will be responsible for accurately measuring the customer’s home for installations and for completing service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Measure products at customer homes to ensure accurate installations.
Repair windows, siding, and sunrooms as needed.
Order and track repair and installation services.
Assist management with reporting and communication, as requested.
Interacts with homeowners to service their home-improvement needs.
Safely perform all aspects of the job in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred; construction trade school a plus.
3 to 5 years in home improvement / construction involving carpentry, roofing and window installation.
Experience using a brake and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Math skills including using a tape measure and angles.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
