Social Worker LCSW day shift and on call available at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories associated with life‑span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree – Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, or from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or
Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire.
License in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
2 years of relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
