for a fully remote role.
JOB TITLE:
Call Center Rep
JOB LOCATION:
100% Remote / Work from Home role
DURATION:
6 Months + Temp-to-Hire
PAY RATE:
$16.50/hr on W2 for Bilingual candidates ($16/hr for English-only candidates)
CANDIDATE LOCATION:
Must reside in TX.
POSITIONS:
16 openings; Bilingual & monolingual (English-only) candidates can also apply
START DATE:
May 26, 2026
TRAINING PROVIDED:
2-3 weeks
SHIFT:
8-hour shift (between 7 am to 7 pm PT)
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work (no equipment provided):
Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS
MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher.
Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed.
Responsibilities
A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Qualifications
Education: At least HS diploma / GED.
Bilingual: English & one of the following - Cambodian, Cantonese, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Lao, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
Desired: Previous Call Center / Customer service experience
START DATE:
